To serve:
Heat the butter and fry the onion and garlic until soft.
Add the wine and reduce the heat. Stir in the sour cream and milk and simmer for 10 minutes.
Add the mussels. Cover and simmer for 10 more minutes. Season to taste.
To serve:
Sprinkle with parsley and chilli flakes. Serve with fries and crusty bread.
