To serve:
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Grease and line a 20 cm x 30 cm baking tray with baking paper, then lightly grease the paper with oil.
Wrap:
Add the cottage cheese, eggs, garlic salt and herbs to a blender. Blend for 20 - 30 seconds or until the mixture is smooth, taking care not to overmix.
Pour the batter onto the prepared baking tray and spread evenly.
Bake for 35 - 40 minutes or until the wrap just starts turning brown.Â
Allow to cool on the tray for 10 minutes, then carefully remove.
To serve:
Spread the dip all over the wrap. Place the smoked chicken, cheese, tomato slices and some rocket leaves in the centre of the wrap.
Roll up and cut in half.
Enjoy as a delicious high protein meal.
