Method
1. Melt the butter in a frying pan. Add the bacon and fry until crispy. Remove and set aside.
2. Crack one large egg into the same pan and fry to your liking.
3. Cut the bun in half and brush with the melted butter.
4. Air fry the bun for 4 minutes at 165°C.
5. Spread a thick layer of cream cheese onto the base of the bun.
6. Add the Cheddar slices, bacon strips, fried egg and finish with the Gouda slices.
7. Close the bun and fuel your day!
