Frozen Yoghurt Bark

Ingredients

Turkish delight & pistachio yoghurt bark: 

250 ml LANCEWOOD® Double Cream Turkish Delight Flavoured Yoghurt
75 g white chocolate , melted
45 ml pistachio nuts , chopped
freeze dried strawberries , crushed 

Double chocolate & pretzel yoghurt bark: 

250 ml LANCEWOOD® Double Cream Chocolate Flavoured Yoghurt
75 g milk chocolate , melted
60 ml shortbread , covered in red, green and white coloured chocolate
125 g Pretzels  or 60 ml chocolate covered shortbread balls, crushed

Tropical yoghurt bark with toasted coconut: 

250 ml LANCEWOOD® Lactose Free Double Cream Tropical Fruit Yoghurt
75 g white chocolate , melted
60 ml coconut shavings , toasted
60 ml dried banana chips
45 ml granadilla pulp

Lemon cheesecake yoghurt bark:

250 ml LANCEWOOD® Double Cream Lemon Cheesecake Flavoured Yoghurt
75 g white chocolate , melted 
60 ml blueberries  (optional) 
lemon zest , grated
mint sprigs

Method

Line a baking sheet with baking paper.

Add the melted chocolate in a thin stream to the yoghurt and beat with an electric beater.

Scoop the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it out evenly to more or less 1 cm thickness.

Add your preferred topping and freeze until firm.

Break into pieces and enjoy as a lovely summer dessert.
