Create NowPreheat the oven to 180°C. Spray two individual ramekins or a small oven-proof dish with cooking spray.
Add the banana, oats, cottage cheese, yoghurt, almond milk, protein powder, salt and xylitol to a blender or food processor. Process until well blended.
Stir in the blueberries.
Pour the mixture into the prepared dish. Press a few extra blueberries on the top of mixture. Bake for 30-40 minutes.
Top the oats with a drizzle of yoghurt, then roughly crush the biscuits and sprinkle over the oatmeal. Garnish with fresh blueberries.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
