Poutine French Fries

Ingredients:

oil for deep frying
800 g thick cut chips
250 g LANCEWOOD® Low Fat Chunky Chives Cottage Cheese

To serve:
250 ml gravy
200 g streaky bacon, chopped & fried until crispy
3 spring onion(s), chopped

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Heat the oil and fry the chips until golden.
  3. Divide evenly in 4 individual serving dishes. Spoon the cottage cheese on top and bake for 15 – 20 minutes.


To serve:
  1. Once the chips come out of the oven, pour the gravy over and sprinkle with bacon bits and spring onions.
  2. Enjoy warm!
