Dessert Smoothie Two Ways
Ingredients:
Tiramisu Smoothie:
125 ml LANCEWOOD Greek Delight® Double Cream Plain Yoghurt
160 ml milk
3 tbsp protein powder
vanilla
60 ml strong coffee
brewed and cooled
2.5 ml vanilla extract
1 small banana(s)
frozen
125 ml ice cubes
To Serve:
cocoa powder
Boudoir biscuits
Carrot Cake Smoothie:
125 ml LANCEWOOD Greek Delight® Double Cream Plain Yoghurt
200 ml milk
3 tbsp protein powder
vanilla
1 medium carrots, grated
2.5 ml ground cinnamon
1.25 ml ground ginger
1 tbsp almond
butter
1 medium banana(s)
frozen
To serve:
coconut flakes
walnuts, chopped
ground cinnamon
Method
Tiramisu Smoothie:- In a blender, add LANCEWOOD® Greek Delight Double Cream Yoghurt, milk, vanilla protein powder, strong brewed coffee, and vanilla extract.
- Top with the frozen banana and ice cubes, then blend until smooth and creamy. This creates a smoothie that’s like a quick, indulgent tiramisu.
- Pour into a glass, dust generously with cocoa powder, and enjoy with a boudoir biscuit for a dessert-style touch.
Carrot Cake Smoothie:- In a blender, add the yoghurt, milk, protein powder, grated carrot, cinnamon, ginger, and almond butter. Add the frozen banana last for the best texture.
- Blend until smooth and velvety. This spiced smoothie captures all the flavour of a classic carrot cake in a fresh, drinkable form.
- Pour into a glass and garnish with coconut flakes, chopped walnuts, and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
