Dessert Smoothie Two Ways

Ingredients:

Tiramisu Smoothie: 125ml LANCEWOOD Greek Delight® Double Cream Plain Yoghurt 160ml milk 3tbsp protein powder vanilla 60ml strong coffee brewed and cooled 2.5ml vanilla extract 1small banana(s) frozen 125ml ice cubes

To Serve: cocoa powder Boudoir biscuits

Carrot Cake Smoothie: 125ml LANCEWOOD Greek Delight® Double Cream Plain Yoghurt 200ml milk 3tbsp protein powder vanilla 1medium carrots grated 2.5ml ground cinnamon 1.25ml ground ginger 1tbsp almond butter 1medium banana(s) frozen

To serve: coconut flakes walnuts chopped ground cinnamon

Method

Tiramisu Smoothie:
  1. In a blender, add LANCEWOOD® Greek Delight Double Cream Yoghurt, milk, vanilla protein powder, strong brewed coffee, and vanilla extract.
  2. Top with the frozen banana and ice cubes, then blend until smooth and creamy. This creates a smoothie that’s like a quick, indulgent tiramisu.
  3. Pour into a glass, dust generously with cocoa powder, and enjoy with a boudoir biscuit for a dessert-style touch.


Carrot Cake Smoothie:
  1. In a blender, add the yoghurt, milk, protein powder, grated carrot, cinnamon, ginger, and almond butter. Add the frozen banana last for the best texture.
  2. Blend until smooth and velvety. This spiced smoothie captures all the flavour of a classic carrot cake in a fresh, drinkable form.
  3. Pour into a glass and garnish with coconut flakes, chopped walnuts, and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
