To serve:
Preheat the oven to 200oC.
Arrange the nachos on a sheet pan. Drizzle with cheese sauce.
Top with grated cheese and chorizo or ham.
Bake for 8 minutes until golden.
To serve:
Serve with LANCEWOOD Dip de'lite™ on the side for dipping or simply dollop on top.
Garnish with coriander and serve with chillies and pickled onions.
