To serve:
1. Preheat the oven to 200oC.
2. Arrange the nachos on a sheet pan. Drizzle with cheese sauce.
3. Top with grated cheese and chorizo or ham.
4. Bake for 8 minutes until golden.
To serve:
1. Serve with LANCEWOOD Dip de'lite® on the side for dipping or simply dollop on top.
2. Garnish with coriander and serve with chillies and pickled onions.
