Nachos Sheet Pan

Ingredients:

280 g nachos chips
500 ml LANCEWOOD Sauce Delight® Cheese Sauce (2 tubs)
150 g chorizo
or ham, sliced
200 g LANCEWOOD® Grated Cheddar

To serve:
175 g LANCEWOOD Smokey BBQ DIP&TOP®
fresh coriander for garnishing
fresh chillies
pickled onion(s)

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 200oC.
  2. Arrange the nachos on a sheet pan. Drizzle with cheese sauce.
  3. Top with grated cheese and chorizo or ham.
  4. Bake for 8 minutes until golden.


To serve:
  1. Serve with LANCEWOOD Dip de’lite® on the side for dipping or simply dollop on top.
  2. Garnish with coriander and serve with chillies and pickled onions.
  3. Enjoy!
