Create Now1. In a small bowl, add the water and sprinkle over the gelatine. Leave to stand for 5 minutes.
2. Microwave for 10 seconds, then stir and microwave for another 5 seconds, taking care not to boil it. Set aside to cool to room temperature.
3. Add the cottage cheese, yoghurt, mango, vanilla, sweetener and cooled gelatine to a blender and blend until smooth.
4. Pour into 2 bowls and refrigerate for 1 hour or until set.
5. Garnish with fresh mango and enjoy this guilt-free summer dessert.
