Kids lunchbox 3-ways

Ingredients:

Healthy cheese lunchbox:
4 LANCEWOOD® Cheddar Slices
carrots cut into sticks

Ham & cheese skewer lunchbox:
2 slices white bread
15 ml butter
peanut butter
jam
2 LANCEWOOD® Cheddar Slices
2 ham slices, cut into squares
1 pineapple circle, cut into squares

Fold-over wrap lunchbox:
1 tortilla wraps
3 streaky bacon, fried until crispy
small avocado, sliced
slices of tomato
2 LANCEWOOD® Cheddar Slices
5 ml butter

Method

Healthy cheese lunchbox:
  1. Keep the sleeves on the cheese slices and roll them up.
  2. Place it in a lunchbox and add strawberries, carrot sticks, meatballs, crackers and your favourite LANCEWOOD® Double Cream Multipack Yoghurt.


Ham & cheese skewer lunchbox:
  1. Spread the butter, then the peanut butter and jam to make a sandwich. Use a cookie cutter to cut out a fun shape.
  2. Fold each cheese slice in half and then in half again to form a triangle. Place on the mini skewer, followed by a piece of pineapple, a piece of ham and another triangle of cheese.
  3. Place the sandwich and cheese skewers into a lunchbox. Add grapes, popcorn and your favourite LANCEWOOD® Drinking Yoghurt.


Fold-over wrap lunchbox:
  1. Cut the wrap from the centre to the outer edge.
  2. Fill each quarter starting with the bacon, avocado, tomato slices and ending with the cheese slices.
  3. Fold over each quarter.
  4. Heat the butter in a frying pan. Toast the wrap for 2 – 3 minutes on each side until golden.
  5. Cut the wrap in half and place in a lunchbox. Add pretzels, blueberries, cucumber sticks and your favourite LANCEWOOD® Double Cream Multipack Yoghurt.
