Per snackwich:2 slices white bread
30 ml LANCEWOOD® Medium Fat Plain Cream Cheese
2 tomato(es)
slices
salt & freshly ground black pepper to taste
60 ml LANCEWOOD® Cheddar, grated
butter for spreading
Spread the bread with cream cheese. Top with tomato, seasoning and grated cheddar.
Place the other slice of bread on top and butter the outside. Place buttered side down into the heated snackwich machine. Butter the top slice. Repeat for a second snackwich.
Close the snackwich machine and fasten the clamp. Remove any excess bread.
Cook until golden and crispy – about 3 – 5 minutes.
