To serve:
Combine the oats or oat bran, bananas, milk, yoghurt, egg yolks, vanilla, salt and cinnamon together until smooth.
Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form. Gently fold in the egg whites.
Spray a non stick pan with spray and cook. Heat the pan over medium heat.
Pour about 60 ml of the mixture into the pan and swirl around to distribute evenly.
When the edges starts to look dry, flip over and fry on the other side.
Serve with lemon wedges, cinnamon xylitol or sugar free syrup, berries of your choice/bananas and a dollop of yoghurt.
