Cheesy Stuffed ChickenPreheat the oven to 180°C.
Using a mixing bowl, add the mozzarella, sundried tomatoes, basil and seasoning and mix through.
Slice a slit in each chicken breast lengthways to create a pocket. Spoon in the filling mixture and wrap each chicken breast in bacon.
Place chicken breasts in a prepared baking tray and bake for 40 – 50 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
