Double Cream Yoghurt Smoothies

Ingredients

Coconut & pineapple smoothie:

500 ml LANCEWOOD® Double Cream Coconut Yoghurt
250 ml fresh pineapple , diced
125 ml milk  or coconut milk

Mixed berries smoothie:

500 ml LANCEWOOD® Double Cream Mixed Berries Yoghurt
250 ml strawberries , diced
125 ml milk

Vanilla & banana smoothie:

500 ml LANCEWOOD® Double Cream Vanilla Yoghurt
1 banana(s) , sliced
180 ml milk

Method

Combine the ingredients of your choice in a smoothie maker or food processor and process until smooth.

Add a bit more milk if you prefer a thinner smoothie.

HINTS & TIPS:

  • Freeze strawberries, pineapple, bananas and berries for a thicker and creamier smoothie. However, make sure your blender can handle pieces of frozen fruit as you don’t want to damage your blades.
  • Remember that a smoothie is called a smoothie because it has to be smooth – blend until silky smooth and creamy.
  • Experiment with other liquids such as coconut milk, rooibos tea, green tea or coffee.
