Dressing:
Drain the pasta and set aside.
Place a frying pan over a medium heat and add the olive oil and bacon. Fry until golden and crispy.
Remove from the heat and add the peas. Toss to coat in oil. Add the peas and the bacon to the pasta.
Stir in the Parmesan and basil leaves.
Dressing:
In a bowl, mix together the cottage cheese, 125 ml milk, vinegar, sugar and seasoning to taste. If the dressing is too thick, add a little more milk to thin it down.
Add the dressing to the pasta and mix through.
Refrigerate before serving.
