Protein-Packed Cheesecake Baked Oats
Ingredients:

230ml oats
120ml LANCEWOOD® Lactose Free Low Fat Plain Smooth Cottage Cheese
mini
60ml LANCEWOOD® Lactose Free Low Fat Plain Yoghurt
plus extra for garnish
170ml almond milk
salt
a pinch
120ml blueberries
plus extra for garnish
2Tennis biscuits
20ml vanilla flavoured lactose-free protein powder
10ml xylitol
or honey
Method
- Preheat the oven to 180°C. Spray two individual ramekins or a small oven-proof dish with cooking spray.
- Add the banana, oats, cottage cheese, yoghurt, almond milk, protein powder, salt and xylitol to a blender or food processor. Process until well blended.
- Stir in the blueberries.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared dish. Press a few extra blueberries on the top of mixture. Bake for 30-40 minutes.
- Top the oats with a drizzle of yoghurt, then roughly crush the biscuits and sprinkle over the oatmeal. Garnish with fresh blueberries.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
