Platter with Cream Cheese & Berry Dressing

Ingredients:

250 g LANCEWOOD® Full Fat Plain Cream Cheese
80 g mixed berry jam (strawberry or raspberry)
15 ml orange juice
pecan nuts, chopped
whole wheat Digestive biscuits for serving

Method

  1. Unmold the cream cheese onto a serving platter.
  2. Mix the jam with the orange juice, using enough to thin it down to a thick pouring consistency.
  3. Pour over the cream cheese and top with chopped pecan nuts.
  4. Serve with digestive whole wheat biscuits – plain or chocolate coated.
