Granadilla and Strawberry Chia Pudding

Ingredients:

85 g chia seeds
250 ml milk
185 g LANCEWOOD® Low Fat Strawberry Yoghurt

To serve:
200 g granadilla pulp
coconut flakes
a sprinkle

Method

  1. Using a mixing bowl, add the chia seeds, milk and yoghurt and mix until well combined.
  2. Cover and allow to chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
  3. Once chilled, fill two-thirds of the serving glasses with the chia mixture leaving room for the topping.
  4. Add the granadilla pulp and sprinkle with coconut flakes.
