Overnight Weetbix 3-ways

Ingredients:

2 Weetbix brick(s)
125 ml milk
5 ml honey or 10 ml xylitol

Banana Weetbix:
2 ml cinnamon
1 banana(s), sliced half (leave the other half in the peel to place on top in the morning)
125 ml LANCEWOOD® Low Fat Plain Yoghurt
60 ml pecan nuts, chopped

Berry Weetbix:
125 ml fresh berries of your choice
125 ml LANCEWOOD® No Sugar Added Low Fat Blackberry & Cherry Yoghurt or Strawberry Yoghurt
fresh mint for garnishing

Tropical fruit Weetbix:
250 ml mango(s) or pineapple, sliced
1 kiwi, sliced
125 ml LANCEWOOD® Lactose Free Double Cream Tropical Fruit Yoghurt
coconut flakes, toasted

Method

  1. Place the Weetbix into a bowl. Mix the milk, honey or xylitol and/or cinnamon together and pour over the Weetbix.
  2. Flatten with the back of a spoon. Arrange the fruit of your choice on top.
  3. Top with the yoghurt. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  4. Arrange the remaining fruit on top in the morning.
  5. Sprinkle the topping and garnish of your choice on top just before serving.
