150 g LANCEWOOD® Double Cream Vanilla Yoghurt
6 mini Tennis biscuits
8 blueberries
lemon zest
and mint to finish
Chocolate Trifle
150 g LANCEWOOD® Double Cream Chocolate Flavoured Yoghurt
1 lamington
3 strawberries
A few mint leaves
Strawberries and Cream Trifle
150 g LANCEWOOD® No Sugar Added Double Cream Strawberries & Cream Yoghurt
80 ml raspberry jelly, chopped
6 pistachios, chopped

Method

Vanilla TrifleSpoon the yoghurt into a serving glass. Place a layer of Tennis biscuits on top. Top with blueberries and finish with lemon zest and mint. Enjoy!Chocolate TrifleSpoon the yoghurt into a serving glass. Cut the lamington into small blocks and place on top of the yoghurt. Slice the strawberries and place on top. Garnish with a sprig of mint and enjoy!Strawberries and Cream TrifleSpoon the yoghurt into a serving glass. Spoon the jelly on top and sprinkle the chopped pistachios. Enjoy!
