Create NowTrigz, Doritos or toasted pita triangles
In a bowl, mix together the cucumber, yellow pepper, onion, tomato, olives, capers, dill and mint.
Add the olive oil, lemon juice and dried oregano and toss. Season with salt and pepper.
Arrange the Trigz, Doritos or toasted pita triangles on the outside of a platter.
Spoon the Cottage Cheese in the centre of the platter and spread it out, then top with Greek Salad.
Dip your chips or crackers into the dip and enjoy as a delicious and healthy snack!
