Easy Breakfast Popsicles

Ingredients:

Granola & chocolate chip yoghurt:
30 ml granola
80 g LANCEWOOD® Double Cream Chocolate Flavoured Yoghurt

Strawberries & yoghurt:
30 ml nuts & seeds
80 g LANCEWOOD® Double Cream Plain Yoghurt
2 strawberries, chopped

Blueberries & yoghurt:
30 ml nuts & seeds
80 g LANCEWOOD® Double Cream Blueberry Yoghurt
6 blueberries

Method

Granola & chocolate chip yoghurt:
  1. Place 15 ml of the granola at the bottom of a popsicle mould. Top with yoghurt.
  2. Add the remaining granola.


Strawberries & yoghurt:
  1. Place 15 ml of the nuts and seeds at the bottom of a popsicle mould. Top with yoghurt.
  2. Add the strawberries and remaining nuts and seeds.


Blueberries & yoghurt:
  1. Place 15 ml of the nuts and seeds at the bottom of a popsicle mould. Top with yoghurt.
  2. Add the blueberries and remaining nuts and seeds.
  3. Insert popsicle sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours.
  4. Remove from mould and enjoy as a quick breakfast or snack.
