Lancewood Creamy Chicken Bake

Ingredients

200 g broccoli , chopped
150 g potato , diced
200 g cooked chicken , shredded
375 ml milk
salt & freshly ground black pepper  to taste
200 g LANCEWOOD® White Cheddar , grated
5 ml crushed garlic
250 ml LANCEWOOD Sauce Delight™ White Sauce

 

To serve:

fresh parsley , chopped

Method

Preheat the oven to 180°C. In a mixing bowl add the broccoli, potatoes, chicken, milk, seasoning and garlic and mix together.

Add half the cheese and white sauce and mix through.

Place the creamy mixture in a greased baking dish.

Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top and bake for 40 – 50 minutes until golden and cooked through.

Sprinkle with parsley and serve hot.
