Creamed Spinach with Mushrooms

Ingredients:

15 ml butter
15 ml oil
1 onion, chopped
250 g brown mushrooms, sliced
600 g spinach, shredded
250 ml LANCEWOOD Sauce Delight® Mushroom Sauce
125 ml LANCEWOOD® Sour Cream
salt & freshly ground black pepper to taste

Method

  1. Heat the butter and oil and fry the onion and mushrooms until soft and golden.
  2. Add the spinach and stir until wilted.
  3. Add the mushroom sauce, sour cream and seasoning to taste.
  4. Heat through and enjoy!
