Cinnamon Bun Milkshake

Ingredients:

2 cup(s) vanilla ice-cream, slightly softened
470 ml LANCEWOOD® Double Cream Vanilla Yoghurt
240 ml milk
120 ml cream
15 ml icing sugar
5 ml ground cinnamon
4 Biscoff biscuits (optional)

Method

  1. Add the ice-cream, yoghurt, and milk to a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into glasses.
  3. Whip the cream until soft peaks form and then add the icing sugar and whip until stiff. Spoon into a piping bag fitted with a star nozzle and pipe a swirl of whipped cream onto each milkshake.


To serve: Sprinkle over some cinnamon and decorate with a Biscoff biscuit.
