15-min Cheesy Mushroom Sliders
Ingredients:
600 g beef mince
salt & freshly ground black pepper, a pinch
8 LANCEWOOD® Cheddar Slices
250 ml LANCEWOOD Sauce Delight® Mushroom Sauce
8 mini burger buns
4 gherkins
2 tomato(es)
Method
- Add the mince and seasoning to a mixing bowl and mix well. Divide the mince into 8 equal balls and flatten into patties.
- Air fry at 200oC for 10 minutes, turning halfway.
- Top each patty with a slice of cheese and air fry for another minute until melted.
- Halve the slider buns and add the tomato and gherkin slices. Top with the melted cheese patty and add a dollop of heated Mushroom Sauce.
- Close the bun and secure with a cocktail stick.
- Enjoy as a half-time snack on game day!
