Lancewood Cheesy Mini Savoury Quiches

Ingredients

8 large eggs
salt & freshly ground black pepper  to taste
5 ml crushed garlic
125 ml milk
250 ml LANCEWOOD® White Cheddar , finely grated
250 ml leftover meat , chicken & gammon, roughly chopped
125 ml leftover vegetables , roughly chopped
fresh parsley  for garnish

Method

Preheat the oven to 180°C and spray a muffin pan with non stick spray.

Using a large mixing bowl, whisk the eggs, milk, seasoning, garlic and cheese together.

Place the meat and vegetables in the muffin pan and fill each cup with the egg mixture.

Bake for 15 - 20 minutes or until golden.

Garnish with parsley and enjoy warm.
