Preheat the oven to 180°C and spray a muffin pan with non stick spray.
Using a large mixing bowl, whisk the eggs, milk, seasoning, garlic and cheese together.
Place the meat and vegetables in the muffin pan and fill each cup with the egg mixture.
Bake for 15 - 20 minutes or until golden.
Garnish with parsley and enjoy warm.
