Create Now1. Add the mince and seasoning to a mixing bowl and mix well. Divide the mince into 8 equal balls and flatten into patties.
2. Air fry at 200oC for 10 minutes, turning halfway.
3. Top each patty with a slice of cheese and air fry for another minute until melted.
4. Halve the slider buns and add the tomato and gherkin slices. Top with the melted cheese patty and add a dollop of heated Mushroom Sauce.
5. Close the bun and secure with a cocktail stick.
6. Enjoy as a half-time snack on game day!
