Air Fryer Roosterkoek

Ingredients:

250 g prepared bread dough (shop-bought)
60 ml oil
100 g LANCEWOOD® Cheddar, grated
80 ml apricot jam
230 g LANCEWOOD® Medium Fat Sweet Chilli Cream Cheese
100 g biltong, sliced
250 g LANCEWOOD® Full Fat Plain Cream Cheese with Sweet Chilli sachet

Method

  1. Line the basket of an air fryer with baking paper.
  2. Roll the dough into golf-sized balls.
  3. Brush generously with oil and place in the air fryer basket.
  4. Air fry for 6 to 7 minutes on 180°C until golden brown.
  5. Slice open each roosterkoek and fill with your favourite fillings – jam, cheese, cream cheese or biltong. Delicious!!
