Create NowCook the potatoes in salted water until soft. Drain and leave to cool slightly.
Cut the potatoes into quarters and place in a bowl.
In a separate bowl, mix the cottage cheese and milk together. Add the lemon juice, lemon zest, dill and seasoning to taste. Add this mixture to the potatoes and toss gently to mix.
Add the salmon, sugar snap peas and spring onions and toss once more. Top with the eggs and sprinkle with dill.
