Pork Fillet With Pepper Sauce

Ingredients:

800 g pork fillet
salt & freshly ground black pepper to taste
30 ml butter
30 ml oil

To serve:
250 ml LANCEWOOD Sauce Delight® Pepper Sauce

Method

Fillet:
  1. Preheat the oven at 200°C.
  2. Rub the fillet with oil and season to taste with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat the butter and the oil together in a frying pan and brown the fillet all over.
  4. Place in a roasting pan and roast for 20 – 25 minutes or until done to your liking.
  5. Cover with foil and leave to rest for 5 minutes.


To serve:
  1. Remove the foil and place the pepper sauce tub in the middle of a microwaveable plate, heat for 1 minute, stir and heat for another minute.
  2. Slice the fillet and drizzle the sauce over just before serving.
