Cheesy Tortilla SlicesMix together 180 g each of the grated cheddar and mozzarella.
Spread your favourite pesto on two of the tortillas.
Sprinkle the mixed cheese over and top with chopped ham or salami. Top with the other two tortillas.
Microwave on a plate until the cheese has just melted.
Transfer to a non-stick pan and fry until golden on the one side. Flip over and fry until golden on the other side.
To finish:
Cut into wedges and serve with rocket.
