High Protein Smoothies 2-ways

Ingredients:

Blueberry & banana smoothie:
2 medium banana(s), peeled, sliced & frozen
500 ml LANCEWOOD Greek Delight® Double Cream Plain Yoghurt
60 ml peanut butter
125 ml protein powder
125 ml milk or almond milk
125 ml frozen blueberries or raspberries

Mango & banana smoothie:
2 medium banana(s), sliced & frozen
500 ml LANCEWOOD Greek Delight® Double Cream Plain Yoghurt
60 ml peanut butter
125 ml protein powder
125 ml milk or almond milk
125 ml frozen mango, diced

Method

  1. Each smoothie option serves 2 people.
  2. Add your preferred smoothie ingredient to a blender and blend until smooth.
  3. Divide between 2 glasses and enjoy!.


HINTS & TIPS: You can use unfrozen banana, berries and mango, but this will result in a thinner smoothie.
