Create NowFor serving:
Add the cream cheese, eggs, cinnamon and stevia to a blender and blend until smooth. Allow to rest for 10 minutes.
Add the butter to a frying pan and melt over medium heat. Pour the batter into the pan and swirl to evenly coat the pan.
Once is starts to bubble, flip and cook through. Remove once cooked.
For serving:
Top the pancakes with a fried egg for a banting-friendly breakfast or fresh berries and cream for a banting-friendly dessert.
