To serve:
Using a food processor, blend the bananas, cottage cheese, castor sugar, cinnamon and vanilla essence together until smooth.
Place in the freezer for about 60 – 90 minutes to allow the mixture to firm up.
Beat to break up the crystals and freeze for another 2 – 3 hours until firm.
To serve:
Serve scoops of the mixture topped with chocolate sauce, flaked almonds and banana slices.
