half a green pepper, finely chopped

2 skinless chicken breasts, cooked & cut into small pieces
375 ml LANCEWOOD Sauce Delight® Mushroom Sauce (1.5 tubs)
salt and pepper to taste
To finish:
50 g LANCEWOOD® Grated Gouda
4 streaky bacon, fried until crispy
1 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
