125 ml cake flour seasoned with salt & pepper to taste

375 ml breadcrumbs
oil for frying
Plum dipping sauce:
80 ml plum jam or mixed fruit jam
15 ml lime juice
15 ml soy sauce
1 ml crushed garlic
1 ml fresh ginger, grated
