Creamy Gammon Pasta

Ingredients:

250 g pasta of your choice
10 ml olive oil
10 ml crushed garlic
1 onion(s), diced
500 g gammon, cooked & shredded
200 g canned garden peas, drained
salt & freshly ground black pepper to taste
500 ml LANCEWOOD Sauce Delight® Cheese Sauce
160 ml milk

To serve:
fresh parsley, chopped

Method

  1. Place the pasta in a pot of boiling water and boil for 10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat a frying pan over medium heat. Add the olive oil, garlic and onion and fry for 5 minutes or until the onion is soft and golden. Add the cooked gammon and fry for a further 2 minutes.
  3. Add the peas, salt and pepper and mix through. Add the cheese sauce and mix together until heated through.
  4. Add the cooked pasta and milk and mix until well combined. Serve with fresh parsley and enjoy!
