Place the eggs in a pot filled with cold water. Boil the eggs on medium heat for 10 minutes.
Remove the eggs and place in cold water until the eggs are cool. Once cooled, peel and halve the eggs.
Spoon out the egg yolks and divide evenly between three small bowls. Add the ingredients for each variation to the egg yolks in each separate bowl.
Mash with a fork until smooth and creamy. Spoon or pipe the fillings into the egg white halves.
Add the garnish and enjoy as a healthy snack.
