Lancewood Cottage Cheese Breakfast Bowls 5-ways

Ingredients

125 g LANCEWOOD® Creamed Smooth Cottage Cheese , Low Fat Smooth or Full Cream Chunky Cottage Cheese 

 

Pecan & apple:

5 ml xylitol
2.5 ml vanilla essence
2 ml cinnamon
1 apple(s) , diced
cinnamon  for sprinkling 
A drizzle of honey  to taste
30 ml pecan nuts , chopped

Peanut butter & banana:

60 ml smooth peanut butter
1 banana(s) , sliced
A drizzle of honey  to taste
30 ml pecan nuts , chopped

Berry & muesli:

5 ml xylitol
2.5 ml vanilla essence
125 ml fresh mixed herbs  of your choice, chopped
60 ml muesli
A drizzle of honey  to taste

Tropical:

5 ml xylitol
2.5 ml vanilla essence
125 ml mango(s)  or pineapples, sliced
45 ml coconut flakes , toasted
A drizzle of honey  to taste

Orange & pistachio:

5 ml xylitol
2.5 vanilla essence
0.5 orange zest
1 orange(s) , cut into segments
15 ml pistachios , chopped
A drizzle of honey  to taste

Method

Pecan & apple: 
Mix the cottage cheese, xylitol, vanilla and cinnamon together.

Spoon into a small serving bowl. Top with apple slices.

Drizzle with honey and sprinkle pecan nuts over. 

Peanut butter & banana: 
Mix the cottage cheese and peanut butter together until smooth.

Spoon into a small serving bowl. Top with the sliced banana.

Drizzle with honey and sprinkle pecan nuts over.

Berry & muesli: 
Mix the cottage cheese, xylitol and vanilla together.

Spoon into a small serving bowl. Top with berries and muesli.

Drizzle with honey.

Tropical:
Mix the cottage cheese, xylitol and vanilla together.

Spoon into a small serving bowl. Top with mango and kiwi.

Sprinkle toasted coconut fakes over and drizzle with honey.

Orange & pistachio: 
Mix the cottage cheese, xylitol, vanilla and orange zest together.

Spoon into a small serving bowl. Top with orange segments.

Sprinkle pistachios over and drizzle with honey.
