Create Now1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
2. Wash and clean the potatoes and add them to a medium sized pot. Add the water and salt and boil until tender.
3. Allow to cool slightly.
4. In a bowl, mix the pizza sauce and Italian herbs.
5. In a greased muffin tin, place the potatoes and drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
6. Using a glass or jar, push down on the potatoes so that you create a hollow in the middle. Sprinkle with about half of the cheese, then top with pizza sauce. Add some ham, and then a dollop of sour cream. Sprinkle over the remaining cheese and add the salami.
7. Bake at 180°C for 25-30 minutes, or until golden. Garnish with chopped fresh basil and serve immediately!
