1. Mix the cottage cheese, xylitol, vanilla and cinnamon together.

2. Spoon into a small serving bowl. Top with apple slices.

3. Drizzle with honey and sprinkle pecan nuts over.

1. Mix the cottage cheese and peanut butter together until smooth.

3. Sprinkle toasted coconut fakes over and drizzle with honey.

1. Mix the cottage cheese, xylitol, vanilla and orange zest together.

2. Spoon into a small serving bowl. Top with orange segments.

3. Sprinkle pistachios over and drizzle with honey.
