To serve:
1. Preheat the oven to 220°C. Line a baking sheet with baking paper.
2. Place the wrap the baking sheet.
3. Mix the tomato paste, sugar, dried basil and a salt. Spread evenly on the wrap. Sprinkle the cheese over.
4. Arrange the chicken, onion and tomatoes on top.
5. Bake for 8 – 10 minutes until golden and bubbling and edges turns brown.
6. Top with shredded basil, rocket and avocado.
Air fryer
Alternatively – bake in the air fryer at 200°C for 7 – 8 minutes.

Temperatures of air fryers may vary and cooking times may vary and is just a guideline. Please adapt cooking time accordingly.
