Loaded Cheese & Bacon Fries
Ingredients:
750 g frozen chips or oven chips
oil for deep frying
125 g bacon, chopped & fried until golden and crispy
250 ml LANCEWOOD Sauce Delight® Cheese Sauce
Method
Deep frying:
Heat the oil and fry the chips until golden and cooked. Drain on absorbent paper. Transfer to a serving dish.
Air frying:- Add chips to the air fryer basket and air fry for 15 minutes turning it halfway.
- Remove the foil and place the cheese sauce tub in the middle of a microwaveable plate, heat for 1 minute, stir and heat for another minute.
- Add the cheese sauce to a bowl and mix in the fried bacon bits.
- Spoon generously over the chips and serve at once.
