Cheesy Sweet Potato Bake

Ingredients:

4medium sweet potatoes sliced 250ml LANCEWOOD Sauce Delight® Cheese Sauce 30ml thyme fresh or dried salt & freshly ground black pepper to taste 500ml LANCEWOOD® Cheddar grated

Method

Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Layer the bottom of a baking dish with half of the sliced sweet potato. Follow the heating instructions on the pack and pour the cheese sauce over.
Sprinkle with thyme and seasoning.
Layer the remaining sliced sweet potato. Top each pepper with a sprinkling of Cheddar and bake for 25 – 30 minutes.
Serve with more thyme and enjoy!
