Air Fryer Lasagne Burrito
Ingredients:
4 tortilla wraps
2 lasagne sheets, cooked according to the instructions on the packet & cut into quarters.
500 g cooked Bolognese mince
120 ml LANCEWOOD Sauce Delight® Cheese Sauce
50 g LANCEWOOD® Grated Mozzarella
50 g LANCEWOOD® Grated Cheddar
Method
- Dollop 3 tablespoons of Bolognese mince in the centre of a wrap.
- Top with a piece of lasagne pasta, a tablespoon of cheese sauce and a sprinkle of Mozzarella and Cheddar.
- Repeat the layers.
- Fold into a burrito and wrap in tinfoil.
- Repeat with the remaining wraps and Air fry at 180°C for 10 – 12 minutes or bake in the oven for 15 – 20 minutes.
- Slice in half and serve immediately.
