Yoghurt Garlic Dip

Ingredients:

250 ml LANCEWOOD® Double Cream Plain Yoghurt
1 garlic clove, crushed, Grated zest of 1 lemon
15 ml lemon juice
10 ml salt flakes
30 ml fresh parsley, chopped

Method

  1. Add the yoghurt, garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt and parsley to a serving bowl and mix through.
  2. Enjoy it on your favourite veggie snack platter.
