Toffee Rum Cocktail

Ingredients:

225ml LANCEWOOD® Low Fat Toffee Drinking Yoghurt 60ml rum ice cubes 60ml whipped cream cocoa for sifting

Method

  1. Add the LANCEWOOD® Low Fat Toffee Flavoured Drinking Yoghurt and rum to a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
  2. Shake vigorously for about 30 seconds until well chilled.
  3. Strain into two cocktail glasses and top each with a generous dollop of whipped cream.
  4. Finish with a light dusting of cacao before serving.


Serving Tip: Garnish with a toffee shard or a drizzle of caramel sauce for extra flair.
