Air Fryer Sandwich 2-ways

Ingredients:

Peanut butter & banana sandwich:
2 slices of bread
15 ml soft butter
30 ml peanut butter
30 ml LANCEWOOD® Medium Fat Plain Cream Cheese, at room temperature
1 banana(s), sliced
30 ml soft butter

Creamy cheese sandwich:
2 slices of bread
15 ml soft butter
30 ml LANCEWOOD® Medium Fat Plain Cream Cheese, at room temperature
4 LANCEWOOD® Sweetmilk Slices
30 ml soft butter

Method

Peanut butter & banana sandwich:
  1. Butter the inside of each slice of bread.
  2. Spread a thick layer of peanut butter on each slice, followed by a thick layer of cream cheese.
  3. Top one slice with banana and close the sandwich. Butter both sides of the outer sandwich.


Creamy cheese sandwich:
  1. Butter the inside of each slice of bread.
  2. Spread a thick layer of cream cheese on each slice.
  3. Place 2 cheese slices on each slice of bread and close the sandwich. Butter both sides of the outer sandwich.


Air fryer:
  1. Remove the air fryer basket completely and place baking paper at the bottom of the air fryer.
  2. Spray with non-stick spray and air fry at 180°C for 8 minutes, turning the sandwich after 4 minutes.


Oven baking:
  1. Preheat the oven to 185°C and line a baking tray with baking paper. Spray with non-stick spray.
  2. Bake for 10 – 12 minutes, turning the sandwich after 5 minutes.


HINTS & TIPS: Air fryer cooking times are a guideline as temperatures may vary. Please adapt cooking time accordingly.
