Ingredients

1 bagel
125 ml LANCEWOOD® Medium Fat Plain Cream Cheese
smoked salmon , 6 slices
half a lemon
salt & freshly ground black pepper

Method

1. Cut the bagel in half and spread each half generously with cream cheese. Arrange the salmon on top. 

2. Sprinkle with dill and arrange capers on top. 

3. Squeeze a little lemon juice over and season to taste.

4. Close the bagel and enjoy as a delicious lunch!
